Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: June 10, 2025

Welcome

Welcome to McCallson Tax & Accounting LLC. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services Provided

We provide tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll, and sales tax filing services. Communication may occur via our secure portal (ATOM), email, and text messaging for transactional purposes such as appointment reminders and document requests.

2. Client Responsibilities

All taxes, filings, and reports are the responsibility of the taxpayer or entity. McCallson Tax & Accounting LLC is not liable for late or missed filings.

The fact that your tax payment(s) have been filed electronically by McCallson Tax & Accounting LLC does not indicate that the funds are available and actually paid to the taxing entity timely. If the funds are not available, you are responsible for paying the taxes by other means. Authorizing McCallson Tax & Accounting LLC to perform these obligations does not relieve you, the taxpayer, from any liabilities resulting from failure to perform these obligations. We encourage you to enroll in and use state-level verification programs and EFTPS to confirm timely payments.

3. User Obligations

You agree not to misuse the services. All information provided must be accurate and truthful. Any unauthorized access, sharing, or tampering with confidential or proprietary information is strictly prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

McCallson Tax & Accounting LLC is not liable for any errors, omissions, or delays in service caused by a client’s failure to provide timely, complete, or accurate information.

5. Confidentiality Notice

The information contained in communications from us may be privileged and confidential. If you are not the intended recipient, any dissemination, distribution, or copying is strictly prohibited. If you receive such a communication in error, please notify us and delete the message.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree first to attempt to resolve the issue through mediation. If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved under the laws of the State of Kansas in a court of competent jurisdiction within Kansas.
